Certified Organic Vegetable farm. Our operation is indoors only and everything is grown in sealed greenhouses in a pest free environment as we take the threat of rat lung disease extremely seriously. We sell thousands of pounds a year to a loyal customers of every year. Our greens are carefully washed in county chlorinated water, spun in a restaurant salad spinner and placed on a screen to dry off the excess water and then packaged. In addition to other benefits our farm went indoors only 5 yrs ago to eliminate the threat from rat lung.
