Our Flowers: We planted just shy of 5,000 tulips for Spring 2020! We grow our flowers from seed/bulb/corms as they yield the best results over the season, plus we have better control over when they bloom. Our seeds come from the same sources as our vegetable seeds. Some examples of flowers we provide in our bouquets are as follows: Peonies, Dahlias, Snapdragons, Anemones, Ranunculus, Zinnias, Tulips, Calendulas, Rudbeckia, Sunflowers, Roseâ??s, Amaranth, Babyâ??s Breath, Bachelor Buttonâ??s, Black Eyed Susanâ??s, Gomprenia, Celosia, China Aster, Poppyâ??s, Cosmos, Iris, Hollyhocks, Lilyâ??s, Honeywort, Eucalyptus, Globe Amaranth, Love in a Mist, Marigoldâ??s, White Finch Lace, Queenâ??s Anneâ??s Lace, Phlox, Stock, Strawflowers, Sweet Pea, Yarrow, Tickseed, Lavender, wild grasses as well as a variety of wildflowers and various perennials. Our CSA Bouquets: Farm-fresh and hand-selected, you may enjoy a large, eye-catching bouquet weekly or biweekly. Each bouquet is unique: indulging in a melange of traditional, romantic, and whimsical designs to fully capture the idyllic beauty of each season. You also have the satisfaction of knowing your bouquet was grown right here in Madison County, using sustainable and organic practices* to deliver the highest quality. There is limited availability for each CSA so we can ensure the highest quality products while ensuring we are satisfying our customers. Summer & Fall (Weekly) Flower CSA** 11 weeks - $220 Saturday Pickup @ Winterset Farmerâ??s Market: August 1st - Oct 10th Tuesday Pickup @ Trader Joeâ??s Parking Lot: July 28th - Oct 6th - This share goes for the second half of the full share or 11 weeks of the late summer & fall. Following organic practices*, we grow seasonal fruits and vegetables to suit a varied palate. We use crop rotation as well as succession planting to provide a bountiful plethora of produce for your needs. Limited availability so we can provide high quality products and keep our customers satisfied. You will receive your veggies in a veggie box weekly or bi-weekly based upon your purchase. We reuse the CSA boxes so that we can lessen our impact on the environment. We will have extra boxes in case you forget. Donâ??t throw your box away!
