FALL 2020: The original Nevada Grown Baby Ginger Farm. * SOLD OUT FOR THIS YEAR! Ginger Harvest Season Oct. through Thanksgiving. Contact for details and ordering in 5 LB boxes. We are a "working" CSA volunteer member program, (formerly known as Food-for-Work). Call or email the farm for an appointment to visit, if you are interested in joining our select group. Our CSA does not have any paid subscriptions. (working members only). No pre-paid subscription members are planned for this year. Our farm is Certified Organic by CCOF, and we harvest fresh to order. Stay up to date by visiting us on Facebook, at Custom Gardens Organic Farm, where we post produce availability, or provide a message button to contact us with inquiries. Shopping with us, direct from the farm is EZ and convenient. Our working member CSA families are helping to grow their own produce (fruit and vegetables, tree and bush fruit, berries, herbs, and novelty fresh foods for their own home use, as well as for area COOP and Food Hub markets. Produce includes; our own NevadaGrown "TROPICAL" SPECIALTIES such as Hoop-house grown Hawaiian BABY Ginger, + New for 2020, CCOF CERTIFIED ORGANIC (Satvia, industrial HEMP) Our fabulous juicy, long storing soft neck garlic is available in July, until sold out! Our Tropical specialty crops; Hawaiian Baby Ginger. is normally available October 1 through Thanksgiving. HEMP flower buds and trim leaves available in the fall. All produce is sold direct from the farm and is only available BY CALL IN ORDERING. We accept seasonal WIC and Senior (SFMNP) Coupons for our fresh picked produce.-- pickled up at the farm, or in some cases via USPS priority mail, or our own local retail markets delivery. In operation since 1988, we are located at 3701 Elm Street, near the "crossroads" of US 50 and 95A, about 32 miles east of the State Capitol (Carson City).
