Description

Our livestock are pasture raised year-round on coastal Bermuda, native grasses, a mixture of rye grasses, and herbs that are beneficial for livestock health. They are free of corn, soy, antibiotics and GMO. We use USDA approved processors and ensure our animals are treated humanely, literally from farm to fork. We strive to produce the highest quality meat, possessing the highest nutritive value attainable. We practice good land stewardship to improve and maintain pasture health which ensures healthy, thriving livestock. Dorper Lamb A Dorper is a fast-growing meat producing sheep. The Dorper is an easy-care animal that produces a fleece of little wool which is shed late spring summer. Lamb meat is a prime source of high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals. Its protein is nutritionally complete, with all eight essential amino acids in the proper ratios. Boer Goat The Boer goat was developed in South Africa as a breed meant solely for meat production. The Boer goat is considered far superior to any other goat for meat production. It is known for rapid weight gain and heavy muscling. Goat meat is a good choice for a healthy red meat because it is lower in calories, total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol plus high in iron and protein. Wagyu/Angus Beef Black Angus and Wagyu cattle. Each breed is known for being the industry leaders for the two most prized qualities of marbling and tenderness. Crossing the two breeds elevates beef to a whole new level. Our beef is aged for several weeks to allow enzymes that naturally occur in the meat to break down the muscle tissue, resulting in improved texture and flavor.
