Description
We are a family run farm selling natural lamb by the whole, half, or individual cuts. Our lambs are grown without hormones or feed antibiotics. They are born and raised on our farm where they have access to pasture and local alfalfa/lespedeza hay as well as our own specially formulated grain mix. Lambs are harvested between 5 and 10 months of age and processed in a local USDA plant. We are working with other local like minded growers to be able to provide a year round source of high quality local lamb.
