Multi-generational family owned farm specializing in USDA retail cut, USDA wholesale, and custom cut lamb. We also carry USDA beef and pork as well. We have a commercial flock of 110 Dorset cross ewes and successfully use selective breeding along with quality feed and forage management to grow a quality and affordable product.
