Chris' Farm Stand was started by a 9 year old boy (Chris Stasinos) in 1970, He grew 1 acre of corn on his grandfathers pig farm, filling his wagon, bringing it to the road edge for sale on Lake St. Peabody, Ma. He is a proud third generation farmer that has won many ribbons at the Topsfield Fair for animals and vegetables. He graduated from Essex Agricultural High School in Animal Husbandry. Chris' passion is farming. His family Farm has grown to 139 acres+ . we grow a wide variety of green, Natural, GMO free, sustainable farm fresh vegetables grown local in Haverhill, Ma. Famous for his sweet corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, he also offers a wide variety of seasonal vegetables, Herbs, Honey, Hay, Eggs and Thanksgiving Turkeys.Chris and his family is involved in educating the public on where their food comes from as Officers of the Bradford Grange and members of the Farm Bureau. Remember " No Farms No Food". Farm tours are available by appointment. In the Fall we open the farm to the public with our annual Pumpkin Festival every weekend in October 12 noon - 4 pm. Great Fall Family fun with pony rides, historic hay rides, pumpkin patch, corn maze, farm animal displays, littles haunted house, Hay castle, kid games, face painting, country BBQ.
