Description
Common Ground Farm (CGF) is a CSA farm that has been in operation since 2009. We grow 23 vegetables and 10 herbs over a 26 week season using organic and natural practices. In addition we feature other products from local farms. People in the community can buy a membership into the farm each year and then pick up their produce on the weekends or they can buy direct as a non-member. . CGF is dedicated to educating its members and the community on safe sustainable farming practices and healthy eating. We do this through classes ranging from cooking to preserving and canning to basic gardening.. We provide local schools the opportunity to bring children for field trips and build box gardens for them to grow vegetables on site at the school.
