Bexhill Farm is a small, family-owned homestead located in Howell, MI. We raise purebred Bourbon Red Heritage Turkeys on a small scale. The Bourbon Red is named for its attractive reddish plumage and also from being from Bourbon Co., KY. Unlike commercially-raised turkeys, Bourbon Reds reproduce naturally and grow more slowly. These distinguished birds are the oldest genetic line of heritage turkey in America and produce a dark, rich flavor profile unlike any industrial, mass-produced turkey on the market today.
