Ferris Farm manages 180 acres of organic pasture and cropland, and markets grass-fed lambs - wholes and halves for the freezer trade in the fall, and individual retail cuts any time. Although we do not certify our lambs as organic, all of the cropland on the farm is certified organic and cropped by a neighboring organic dairy farmer.
