Description
Brookby Farm has been owned and operated by the Vincent Family for six generations. In October 2016, we opened the Brookby Farm Market where we offer Brookby's Raw Milk and local products such as maple syrup, honey, granola, and coffee, all sourced within the Hudson Valley. Our herd size is about 30 cows that are made up of Jersey, Brown Swiss, Guernsey, Ayrshire and Holstein cows which we milk at 4:30am and 4:30pm. Brookby's Dairy received the Super Milk award to recognize dairy farmers who go above and beyond to meet and exceed high quality and cleanliness standards in New York. In 2016, Brookby Dairy was awarded the Dairy of Distinction award to recognize the hard work and efforts of all Northeast dairy farmers. We look forward to meeting you!
