Description

Cadles Cove Farm is a small family farm in Madison County, Florida. We started farming this winter (2011) on a 1/4 acre garden and are looking forward to expanding our fields in the near future. We grow seasonal vegetables and currently are harvesting Arugula, Asian Greens, several varieties of Mustard Greens, Broccoli Raab, Eggplant, Red Russian Kale, and Collards. We'll also be harvesting Carrots, Beets, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Green Onions and Garlic this fall. Our produce is naturally grown using organic methods. Taught by Lynn Pugh of Cane Creek Farm in Cumming, GA., we adhere to a strict earth-friendly philosophy and do not use chemical pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers or GMO's and are implementing an integrated pest management system. We are members of the Red Hills Small Farm Alliance and Georgia Organics, Inc.
