Green Earth Harvest, a program of The Conservation Foundation, is a certified organic farm dedicated to providing local, organic vegetables through environmentally sustainable methods. For 20 years, we have farmed on protected land at McDonald Farm, located in south Naperville, growing local, organic produce for our community! As a farmshare subscriber at Green Earth Harvest, no matter if you pick up your vegetables at our farm or one of our 5 pickup sites, you have the ability to select the veggies you prefer from the wide variety of vegetables we harvest each week - no set boxes or food waste. You'll not only be delighted by our delicious, high-quality and nutritious produce, but you'll also have the opportunity to be a part of our community; getting out into the fields for bonus UPick days (peas, tomatoes, beans and strawberries), pizza nights, and enjoying our farm partners who bring their local meat, eggs, fruits, herbs, organic grains and flowers to Green Earth Harvest! Our Spring Season spans the 4 weeks from mid-May to mid-June, our Main Season harvest runs for 20 weeks from mid-June to the end of October and the Late Fall Season runs for the first four weeks of November.
