CC Farm offers all natural and hormone and antibiotic free chicken, rabbit, lamb, turkey. We own and operate a NYS inspected processing facility for all your poultry and rabbit needs. We also BBQ alot of our own chicken in Stamford, NY on Saturday starting Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and in Hobart N.Y on Fridays from June - September. We are a one stop shop for your chicks, grain, and processing facility.
