Eldredge Farm and Nursery is dedicated to creating an economically viable and sustainable farm which nurtures its soil, plants and animals and enlivens the connection between people and their source of food. Looking for locally grown food? The best food is what's grown closet to you. More and more people are recognizing the benefits of locally grown foods for freshness, flavor, and nutrition. In 2013 Eldredge Farm is continuing its Community Supported Agriculture program as a way for the food buying public to create a direct relationship with the farm where members receive a weekly bushel basket of produce over the 16 week harvest period. These limited memberships will be sold on a first come, first served basis. This program is a mutual commitment and partnership between a farm and supportive members of the community. The farmer(s) provide the wisdom and labor needed to nurture a harvest of produce, and members provide adequate financial support needed for the farm to operate in an economically sustainable manner. The farm benefits from having a reliable market at an equitable price, and members receive fresh, local, and affordable produce grown by people they know and trust.
