Bluewing Gardens is a small produce farm on the back of Signal Mountain. Though not certified organic, the farm's mission is to grow healthy food in a regenerative system that nourishes the soil, the environment, and ultimately our customers. We work with local restaurants and also offer Spring and Fall/Winter CSA shares delivered right to your door. This season we are offering a 12 week CSA share, and our goal is begin delivering the third week of October. If availability allows we will offer two week extensions as long as we're able to keep harvesting!
