Description
A New Hope Farm is a multi-location farming co-op based in Northwestern CT. Our goal is to provide sustainability grown food, plants, and seed stock to our community. We offer a seasonal CSA as well as spring starter plants, native nursery stock, and seeds for home gardeners.
