Local lamb on the hoof, whole cut & wrapped, or by the pound. We raise Dorper/Katahdin cross hair sheep. Hair sheep have a much milder taste than traditional lamb and the meat is much more delicate. Our sheep are raised in a pasture environment browsing on local forage and supplemented with alfalfa hay. No grains, antibiotics, synthetic, or chemical substances are used with our sheep. Located in Northern Nevada.
