Description
We are a fourth generation farm that have turned a corn/bean farm into a 250+ bison farm. Our animals graze native prairie grass during the summer and are fed hay throughout the winter months. Our animals are not weaned - they stay in 'family units' and graze together thereby limiting animal handling and stress. May through October is our calving season. We are expecting 50+ babies this season. We have buffalo/bison meat available in many different cuts. We offer special pricing for whole, half and quarter animal meat orders.
