EIEIO's Organic Farm

EIEIO's Organic Farm is located in Wimberley, Texas, a quaint, relaxed little village along the Blanco River in the scenic Texas Hill Country. The farm's 12 acres lie in a little valley along Wilson Creek just 2 minutes away from the village square. Our land is full of river bottom minerals and beautiful soil, as well as Native American history. We have a growing CSA program open for new members. Because farming in Texas is essentially year-round, we've added more crops, as well as apple, peach and pear trees and blackberry bushes. We are currently cultivating 3 acres of organic produce just above the creek using a drip irrigation system with well water. in addition to our CSA produce baskets members may also want to purchase our value added, homemade items such as garlic "aioli" mayonnaise or cilantro pecan pesto...ask about other delicious products in your email requests! We have EIEIO'S FARMSTAND every Saturday from 9am-1pm-fresh seasonal produce, EIEIO mayo & pesto, duck & chicken eggs, grassfed beef & sausages, baked goods, pickles & relishes, honey & flowers(in season) and we're adding new products all the time!
