Evergreen Four Season Farm

At Evergreen Four-Season Farm we raise natural grass-fed Belted Galloways, a hardy Scottish heritage breed commonly called "Oreo Cows" or "Belties." Our cattle are raised on wholesome grass, sunshine, and extraordinary kindness to bring to you the delicious flavors of our lush, green pastures nestled in the rolling hills and valleys of our 60 acre family-owned farm. Belties thrive on grass and require no supplemental grains, including corn. Our grass-fed beef is extremely delicious, low in fat, and high in heart-healthy omega-3-fatty acids and anti-aging anti-oxidant's. Our farm is powered by solar and wind energy to help us and our customers reduce our ecological footprint. We also raise free-range chickens and sell our eggs through local markets including farmers markets in Washington, New Haven, and Hermann. Customers can pick up selected cuts at our farm or pick them up at local markets. We also sell halves and quarters which can be custom cut according to your preferences. In 2014, we plan to introduce eggs from naturally raised free-range ducks. We pamper all our animals, so they live the greatest life they can to bring you the healthiest, most humanely produced foods. We also grow and sell a limited amount of organic vegetables, including kale, salad mixes, lettuce, arugula, Swiss chard, radishes, tomatoes, mustard greens and sweet Italian peppers.
