Fresh Goat Milk is used to make our specialty Cheddar Cheese which is for sale: We are Grade A Certified Retail Raw Milk dairy in the Gause, TX area. Approximately 100 goats in milk. La Mancha and Saanen Goat breeds. Anderson Goats. All goats have names and are treated very well. They graze on open natural grassland and shelter under oak trees during the heat of the day. They love being milked and queue up eagerly for this purpose! Our dairy and milk is inspected monthly by a government agency. We can offer a tour of our dairy and may offer internship for interested students.
