"for goodness sake" Holidays & inclement weather will delay shipments. Please note: All fruits & leaves are perishable unless purchased dried & should be consumed within a few days of arrival. Refrigeration is recommended! Due to the nature of our all natural products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds. We ship USPS first class unless otherwise indicated. Tracking is not included in shipping & handling price. Tracking & or insurance can be purchased at an additional cost to customer, please advise prior to checkout. We do not offer overnight shipping. Once item leaves our farm, It is out of our hands as to delivery date & condition. We due our best to assure items are packed securely & shipped out quickly. Damage/delays in transit issues Go to: USPS to file a claim. Submission by recipient. Postal Service requires photo's. ( date of receipt ) . Any & all correspondances to the farm should be via email. We are farmers & do not carry phones into the fields, heck we've got our hands full with Rakes Hoes, & Shovels.
