Description
We are a small family owned Goat Dairy making artisanal cheeses with fresh local milk. Our cheese is vegetarian since we do not use any animal by products or calf lipase in any of our cheeses. We use a plant base vegetable rennet only and GMO free cultures. All our prepared foods are made here on the farm in our commercial kitchen
