Blacksmith Acres was founded by Karolina Kowalczyk in 2018 after completing the Stateline Farm Beginnings program at the Angelic Organics Learning Center in Caledonia, IL. For the past 10 years she has been educating herself on nutrition and believes from firsthand experience that good healthy food is what helps heal the body and improves the quality of life.
