Grass Finished Beef & Lamb Our cattle and lambs are raised and finished entirely on pasture. The flavor profile and nutrition of our meat is the result of specialized grazing practices and careful management of the animals. Grass finished meats are high in Vitamin E, Beta Carotene, and Omega 3 fatty acids. Pasture Raised Chicken & Pork Our Chickens and Pigs have constant access to fresh, clean, diverse pasture, water and plenty of sunshine. They spend their day eating grasses, roots and small plants as well as pecking, rooting, and scratching for grubs, worms and bugs. To satisfy their protein requirements their diet is supplemented with locally milled, certified organic grains. This simple idea is what we call 'pasture raised'. Nutritionally, the Chicken and Pork offer Omega 3 fatty acids, Beta Carotene and Vitamin E. They also have far more Vitamin D than their commercially raised counterparts. Healthy soils produce more vibrant plants, creating delicious and nutritious meat! Our animals live a natural life FREE of vaccinations, chemical de-wormers, antibiotics, and growth hormones. Our pastures enjoy the same natural treatment. We don't use chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or any other 'cides'
