Description

Colonial Garlic is located in the Western Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Although not certified organic, we do not use pesticides or herbicides. We plant and harvest all of our garlic by hand. We started growing garlic last year using our own totally organic fertilizer with imported ecklonia maxima (seaweed/kelp) at the heart of the formation. It greatly enhances the size and quality of the harvested product. It also increases the yield on crops and speeds up the growth process on most planted products. We currently have 3 hardneck varieties, German Red, Music and Elephant, but will continue to expand to 20 varieties. Scapes and Braids are also available. We have already started receiving 2012 orders for both our garlic products & fertilizer, and will continue to do so via our e-mail, contact form or telephone
