I am a fourth-generation sugarmaker, living on a family farm which specializes in producing and selling the finest quality maple syrup and maple sugar for individual consumption and use by restaurants and bakeries across the country. We specialize in providing personalized service to family-owned restaurants and bakeries who want to use the best syrup available as an ingredient or topping for their products. I am personally involved in all aspects of the production of maple syrup and maple sugar on my farm, making sure, every step of the way, that the highest quality standards are maintained to ensure the highest quality and most flavorful end product. As on any family farm, all family members help out as needed. We welcome visitors at any season, by appointment.
