Clearcreek Bauernhof Farm poultry is pasture raised, outside in fresh air they way they should be. When you order a turkey it is custom processed to order so it is absolutely fresh when you pick it up at our farm. Fresh never frozen all natural turkey taste cannot be compared to anything sold in stores. Try it! We offer both the traditional broad-breasted white turkey which is standard at Thanksgiving and Heritage breeds. Heritage turkeys are smaller and have richer tasting meat. They grow slower and are a bit more expensive but the fresh never frozen richer taste is well worth it. We target most of our turkeys to be available Thanksgiving but we have a limited number available at other times during the year. We also have a limited number of pasture raised ducks and geese. Geese are available around Christmas only.
