Eagle Catcher Farm & Ranch raises Angus-Brahman beef,Certified 100% Grassfed, home grown, all natural, beef, in Harlingen, in the lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Our intention is to supply healthy, tasty, naturally tender beef to our customers. We are certified by both the American Grassfed Association & Animal Welfare Approved. We practice sustainable farming techniques & our animals have no exposure to growth stimulating hormones or antibiotics. Our small closed herd is maintained on 34 acres of grassland with no supplemental feeding except hay (alfalfa & Bermuda). Our herd thrives on low stress compassionate care. Our beef is dry-aged for 14 days and is then vacuum packaged. Our vacuum packaged meat cut-list can be found at our website, www.eaglecatcherfarm.com. Our meat is available at the following Farmer's Market: McAllen Grow'n Grower's located at Fireman's Park(1st St. & Bs. 83), 8:30-11:30AM EVERY SATURDAY.
