We are beginning our fifth year of providing healthy, quality foods to our customers. We began by attending farmers markets; offering a wide variety of fresh produce. Three years ago we began preserving our produce, making a variety of pickles and jams/jellies. We rented local, shared use kitchens in which to complete our work. Last spring we completed construction on our own processing kitchen here at the farm and got our license mid-June. Now, we grow, clean, and process all within less than a quarter mile area. Our preserved products include pickled foods such as Dilly Beans and Pickled Beets. We also offer a wide variety of Jams and Jellies.
