Certified Organic Beef Cattle: Our primarily Angus/Shorthorn herd are some of the happiest cows in this part of the country - raised on pasture from birth, they spend their lives outside in the sun and fresh air. Quarters and halves are also available by order. We also sell cuts/ground beef by the pound* * Our beef cattle are Certified Organic. Our local butcher, unfortunately is not. Our cattle technically lose their certification when butchered. Our neighbor/farmer/friend owns the butcher shop where are beeves are processed. We have the utmost trust in our butcher. The nearest Certified Organic butcher is 4 hours away. Compost: Our commercial compost business provides quality product for every gardener and professional produce growers need. Our compost has been proven again and again to help gardens grow to their full potential - because of that, we sell out of compost every year. Call early to get a head start for your garden!
