We raise Angus Beef cows here on their 300 acre farm, in Ringgold Virginia. The Angus steers are grain fed for 6 months or longer before they are slaughtered. This make the beef more tender and more favorable. All beef is inspected. After it has been inspected and slaughtered, it is vacuum sealed and frozen. Then we bring it back to our farm and put in freezers for sale. You can buy as little as a pound or as much as you would like.
