The Goodloe's offer ranch-raised Angus beef - Grass-Finished, free of hormones, antibiotics and growth additives. Sold by the half or whole, we encourage friends and family to 'partner' in sharing the amount of beef. This young, tender beef comes directly from grass to processing, beginning by dry-ageing the hanging beef for approximately fourteen days to further enhance tenderness and the succulent flavor. After ageing, the meat is cut and wrapped to your specifications. Purchase of Carrizo Valley Ranch Angus Grass Finished Beef is currently arranged by calling the ranch or sending an email.
