We are a grower of several vegetables for local markets and for delivery to some of the most highly acclaimed restaurants and chef's in Northeast Ohio. Our cultivation methods are all natural. Our specialties include: fingerling potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, red, gold, and chiogga beets, large sweet squash blossoms, gourmet green beans, and several varieties of winter squash and baking pumpkin. Founded on the Dining Fork Creek near Scio, Ohio, we have relocated to a small pioneer era farm near Canton, Ohio.
