Champlain Valley Apiaries is a third generation honey producer and packer. We have 1200 honeybee colonies in 30 locations spread throughout Vermont's pristine Champlain Valley. We treat our bees organically. We leave honey on our bees for the winter and do not feed sugar syrups of any kind. These practices are not new to us but started with my Grandfather. We sell naturally Crystallized "RAW" honey that is UNHEATED and UNFILTERED. We also sell liquid honey and wax candles. Our bees mainly forage on hay fields grown for Dairy cows, these fields are pesticide free and are only fertilized with manure.
