This started out as what I'm approaching as "craft pork". Tasting and learning, changing what he plants in the pastures and how he supplements with feed. Like craft brewing, it is constantly tweaked and played with. I invite you to join in. Taste and enjoy happy pigs! The pigs are heritage breeds, 100% pasture raised, and are supplemented with a mix of non-GMO corn, and peanuts soaked in water to help with digestibility. Stephen, my son, decided to join me on the journey and will soon be offering pasture raised chicken eggs and vegetable produce in season.
