Imagine serving up a great savory meal while enjoying the type of healthy meat that helped make the West great. Our cattle are not fed antibiotics nor given growth hormones, and they are born and raised on pasture. We do not feed them grain to finish, rather they finish on the forages they eat as we rotate them through our different pastures. We believe in healthy living, both for ourselves and for our animals. As a result, we strive to keep our animals safe while providing them the opportunity to live in a natural environment, eating what God created them to eat.
