Description

We raise and finish Angus based beef on pasture, without antibiotics or growth hormones. Our animals are born here and live their entire lives in our care. We provide free choice minerals, and natural methods of fly and parasite control. On occasion we have to treat wounds, which is done as unintrusively as possible. Our intent is to provide healthful, delicious beef for consumers interested in going the extra step in caring for their well-being. Our herd size is such that there may be times at which we don't have some beef items in inventory. We offer retail cuts as well as halves and whole beefs. Our processors are government inspected facilities, and the meat is vacuum sealed and frozen. We generally have the carcass dry-aged for two weeks. We have the ability to deliver frozen product (it must fit in a standard 15 cubic foot chest type freezer) within a reasonable distance.
