Drury Lane Farm

We are a small pastured based farm nestled in King William county VA that raises pastured meats and eggs. On our farm, we do not believe in confinement based farming. But instead, we raise our animals in a humane setting which consists of large opened pastures with plenty of room for the animals to roam around, scratch, dig, and forage for food just as God created them to do. We are continually striving to give our animals the best nutritious type of pasture which ultimately affects the quality of our meats and eggs. All our animals graze and forage for most of their diet needs. However, we do need to supplement their diets, and we do so as a free choice option using only NON-Genetically Modified feed from Sunrise Farms in Stuarts Draft, VA who are known throughout our southern state for their quality non-GMO feeds. At the moment, we raise hogs on pasture and in our vast woodland areas giving us the best pork ever, broiler chickens in floorless shelters that are moved daily to fresh pasture grass, and eggs from our heritage breed chickens that roam freely around the pasture grounds. In the near future, Lord willing, we will be adding grass fed and finished beef, and striving towards offering un-pasteurized milk herd shares. Everything we do here on the farm is held to a higher standard than the typical organic standard. We use God's standard in the way we treat our animals, in what we feed them, and in how we allow them to do what God created them to do. We don't confine them, we enjoy them. Every aspect of them.
