Naturally grown vegetables! We are a small, diversified farm utilizing sustainable organic and biodynamic growing methods. We currently have one acre in production, growing a wide variety of vegetables for our wonderful CSA members and local chefs throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. We pay close attention to building healthy soils through crop rotation, using compost, cover cropping, balancing minerals, and reducing tillage - nutritious food begins at ground level! We will never use GMO seeds or synthetic insecticides, herbicides or fertilizers and only use OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute) certified inputs in our garden. We only sell our produce locally, which significantly reduces our carbon footprint. We feel that it is vitally important to pass on the knowledge and skills of sustainable agriculture to others and encourage visitors and volunteers to join us here on the farm to learn more about what we do and why it is so important.
