Description
Our honey is a combination of Texas trees/wildflowers including, but not limited to Indian Blanket, Texas Thistle, Milkweed, Tallow, and Honey Locust. Wildflower honey comes from bees that forage whatever they like. We do not filter individual grains of pollen. We also do not heat the honey, which damages some of the delicate enzymes that are part of natural honey. Nothing is added to our honey. We sell it the way our bees make it.
