Dayspring Farm is a small hill farm in southeastern Vermont. We raise Katahdin and Dorper sheep and lambs and we also sell seed stock. Katahdin sheep are an American sheep breed know for mild tasting lamb. Our meats are naturally raised on re-mineralized soils. We pay special attention to our soils and the livestock food sources because we believe that healthy soils and crops make for healthy animals and people. We sell Lamb meat by the whole, side of as freezer meat and we ship our lamb meat products to the New England states and to eastern NY . All our meats are packed under USDA inspection, labeled with our own label, vacuum sealed and frozen.
