Here at Bryant Family Farm we grow our crops with 100% Organic and bioactive, sustainable growing practices that improve our soil, create habitat for wildlife, and leave the land better than when we started farming. Our initial goal is to provide our family with the best food we could possibly ingest. After fulfilling this goal we then provide access to this same food to other people to feed their families. Our largest crop availability is our delectable Georgia Crystal hardneck garlic, grown locally here in Middle TN. This garlic is Robust, Beautiful and Bold flavored. These Large bulbs with large cloves can weigh up to 1/3 lb. This provides great energy and information storage to carry these genetics to your garden if you choose to plant this variety in your garden. Great for growing in Zones 3-7 as part of the Porcelain family. We grow them with great success in zone 6b. For preparation we recommend adding cloves to any Italian or other dish where you enjoy a rich, buttery flavor with a mild heat resonating throughout the meal from these wonderful alliums.
