Alchemy Ranch, owned and operated by David Straight, is located in Mount Airy, NC. What began as a personal desire to grow and consume well cared for, sustainably raised, healthy fed and flavorful meats has evolved into a business. Currently Alchemy Ranch is raising beef, pork, lamb and rabbit using rotational Silvopasture grazing. The "SOY free and non GMO" custom feed is blended with BWG's (Brewers wet grains) for the cows. The pigs custom feed is "SOY and WHEAT free and non GMO". The pigs also get free choice sweet potatoes and fruits and vegetables when available. The rabbit and lamb have the same custom feeding protocol. Beef, pork and Halal lamb are USDA/NCDA processed at animal welfare approved facilities. There are no nitrates or nitrites added to the bacon or sausage. Rabbit is processed under FDA guidelines.
