Description
Campagnola Farms is more of a hobby farm practicing self-reliance then a large-scale commercial operation. A large variety of crops and livestock are raised on a very small scale in order to make our household as self-sufficient as humanly possible. If any surpluses occur, these are then sold directly to the public, many times at very reasonable rates! You can find these products being sold at the Westford Farmers Market, every Friday from 3:30 to 6:30 pm starting mid-June till October. You may also order items direct at my Online Store, or pick up directly from the farm. Some of the many products offered by Campagnola Farms include: *Prepared foods such as jarred Tomato Puree, Home-style Catsup, Dried Basil/Parsley, Pesto, Jellies and occasional Italian pastries such as Struffoli and Pignoli Cookies. *Free-range chicken, duck, turkey and goose eggs. *Seasonal vegetables grown naturally, no pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers *Home-made Bath Oils, Salts, and Bubble-Baths in decorative vintage Mason Jars. *Natural, hand-made soaps including Goats milk, Old Fashioned Lye and Olive Oil soaps. *Free-range, pastured chickens, ducks, geese, pigs and goats. Campagnola Farms has its beginnings in the little Italian village of Castel Volturno, where the D?¢¯¿½?¯¿½?Angelo Family has lived and worked for generations as farmers. Their unique style of working and living off the land was brought to America when a young women named Maria D?¢¯¿½?¯¿½?Angelo emigrated. Her daughter is now attempting to incorporate some of the small-scale farming techniques taught to her by ?¢¯¿½?¯¿½?Mama?¢¯¿½?¯¿½? as well as other techniques not used in the ?¢¯¿½?¯¿½?Old Country?¢¯¿½?¯¿½?
