We grow the healthiest fruits and vegetables, using only organic and natural products and methods.We grow year round in greenhouses built in the 1950s. In the winter, we have salad greens, collards, kale, parsley, green garlic, broccoli, and radishes. In the summer, we have tomatoes, peppers, squash, eggplant, cucumbers, and melons. We are always trying new specialty crops, such as edible flowers, berries, so stop by our facebook page to see what's fresh. Out in the fields, we have a couple of acres of blueberries. We offer 3 CSAs per year, to allow people flexibility to fit their schedules. We have a spring CSA, a summer CSA, and a fall CSA, where we offer shares of our fresh, delicious produce, in amounts a small family could eat in a week. Each season is 11 weeks long, so that you can take off one week and not have to worry about what to do with your share when you are out of town. This year, we tried something new.
