Description
We are entering our 13th year of production, and we are proud to continue organic crop production and stewardship of our Illinois soils. We value our generations. My family has farmed our ground for decades - we leverage from experienced farmers (our parents, friends, and neighbors) to produce high quality bounties of vegetables grown with dedication. We value automation from recycling old machinery (our potato digger is converted from a horse-drawn implement). While a new machine is often required to do the job, sometimes we can use a torch and a welder to create interesting, functional tools. Our farm serves a community of customers through our CSA, Farmers? Market, Wholesale, and Winter Ordering Programs. It is a pleasure for us to provide Chicagoland with the best our fields can produce.
