We grow raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, elderberries, red and black currants, peaches, pears, and Damson plums as well as all kinds of herbs, garlic, tomatoes and peppers, then transform the harvest into our specialty foods right here in our farmhouse kitchen. We've been farming for more than 30 years and grow everything by organic methods, with reverence for the earth and respect for all its creatures. We make our preserves the old-fashioned way, using no pectin or thickeners, no additives or preservatives, and only about half the sugar of typical jams. We also make herbal and fruit vinegars, mustards, pizza sauce and raspberry salsa.
