Organic pastures supporting quality beef, not yet certified as organic, by using managed intensive grazing. Registered Shorthorn beef cattle sold as replacements with steers sold in quarters and halves. A few registered Guernseys for family milk cows. Will raise pasture fed chickens and other poultry with pre-orders.
